Chicken baader

What is chicken baader?

If you want to add more texture to your products, our chicken baader will surely meet all your requirements. Chicken baader is a type of mechanically separated meat. The machine that makes this uses pressure and a rotating screw to separate and collect the leftover chicken meat from the bones. Chicken baader is mainly used when your products need to have a medium to large texture. Since this type of mechanically recovered chicken meat has a texture of 4-5 millimeters, it is quite suitable for meatballs, hamburgers, and sausages.

What is chicken baader used for?

Thanks to its fine texture and relatively low cost, chicken baader is often used as an ingredient in meat products such as sausages, meatballs, nuggets, and pâté. Since the meat can be easily mixed with other ingredients, it is also a popular choice if you want to add a meat flavor to your product (soup, sauces, ready meals, etc.).
